Maxwell has been connected with Independent Wealth Solutions since the beginning. His childhood bedroom was alongside Steve’s office, from where Independent Wealth Solutions was initially launched. Maxwell always had an entrepreneurial drive from an early age, having started his own businesses at ages 7 and 11, and then becoming a real estate investor at age 24. Having grown up in Cardiff since birth, Maxwell remains passionate about helping members of his local community. He is highly driven and motivated to help others, which is further demonstrated by his board membership of Surfing Madonna, a charity that teaches children with disabilities to surf.
